How Does It Work?

• Check the temperature of your windscreen. The maximum temperature you can work on the glass is 25 ̊C.

• Use the Esprit E-Spray and a clean cloth to clean the damaged area.

• Apply gel to the suckers of the inspection mirror and attach to the inside of the windscreen behind the crack.

• Use the glass probe to scrape away small glass debris pieces.

• Use a 1mm drill burr to drill into the impact point in short bursts.

• Decontaminate the break with the E-Spray.

• Use the Esprit heater to warm the inside of the windscreen which will help to fill the damage. Using the heater on the outside will dry out moisture.

• The repair bridge can then be used to inject resin into the damaged area. To prevent the resin hardening prematurely, it is important to use the UV shield.

• Remove the injector and apply the UV curing film. The UV lamp can then be used to set the film.

• Use the razor blade to shave down the cured resin so that it is flush with the glass surface.
