A diamond tip turning insert for use with all DCR Machines

Due to increased interest we have manufactured a diamond tip turning insert compatible with all DCR Machines, identical to the ones supplied by the machine supplier, these are manufactured here in the UK.

DCR have recently changed the tool holder supplied with the new DCR Pro, the new tool holders use a bigger standard diamond tip which we supply in 0.4mm or 1.2mm,,( check our other diamond tips) please double check the size before ordering.

What Surfaces Can the Rapid 2K Lacquer Be Used On?

Our 2K clear coat kit is the perfect tool for achieving professional-level finishes on vehicles that have been suitably prepared. It is important that surfaces have been dried and degreased before application.  

How Durable Is the Finish From a Rapid 2K Lacquer Kit?

When a clear coat is combined with the hardener, the resulting finish is highly durable. The final coat can be sanded and polished as required.

Is the Lacquer Resistant to UV and Weather Conditions?

Achieving a high-gloss finish, 2k clear coat is UV-resistant and non-fading. This means it will remain at a professional-level finish for 5-10 years.

How Many Coats Are Recommended for Best Results?

We would typically recommend using two to three coats of 2K clear coat, with the first coat used to establish a tacky surface. The following coats should then be used to ensure your car is completely and evenly covered.
