Fully built in the UK, our vapour blasting machines are designed for wheel preparation prior to painting. By blasting a suitable media mixed with water, this machine provides a fully dust-free process that both cleans and abrades the wheel. It can be used with a number of different types of media, from alloy wheels to engine parts and brake calipers. 

You also have the option to select an included wheel stand with this vapour blasting machine, allowing you to rotate wheels easily during the process.

Wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is important when using vapour blasting machines, including:

• Respiratory Protection: Wearing a respirator that covers your head, neck, and shoulders is key, especially if you are working in confined spaces. You should also take extra precautions if you’re unsure of the composition of the coating you are removing.
• Hearing Protection: The machines may produce loud noises when in use, so wearing ear plugs or ear defenders is good practice. This will prevent long-term hearing damage. 
• Eye Protection: Safety goggles or a face shield will protect your eyes from any loose airborne material or water, in the rare instance they escape the enclosed interior.
• Clothing: To protect the rest of your body from the rare escape of material from the enclosure, wear durable, long clothing, and steel-toed boots.
