We know how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly and efficiently and this is why we aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 13:30 or next working day if placed after. All orders to the UK are sent by either DHL courier or by 1st Class Royal Mail (dependent on size). Once the courier has collected your order from us you should receive it next working day, (note couriers do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays) for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands it takes approximately 2-3 working days.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer and which are subsequently returned to us, as undeliverable, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the goods and not the shipping costs. The customer is also required to make any further payment for re-shipment should this be required.

Cancellation of Orders

If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days or receipt.  If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at daz@ayce.solutions or write to us and return the products to Ayce Solutions, 103 Dockfield Road,Shipley,  BD17 7AR. All items returned must be unused and in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The exception to this rule is paint made especially from a colour code or matched to a sample. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service.

Faulty Products

We do our best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. All original goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.


Consumer Rights Act 2015

Please call us on 01274 597300 or email sales@aycesolutions.co.uk if you wish to return your order including your order number. You must tell us about your wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order and you then have 14 days to return the order to us. If you believe the item(s) are faulty please provide a photograph and/ or description.

You are responsible for the return carriage cost (unless the item(s) are faulty). We will refund your order (including any standard delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). If any returned item(s) are not in the same condition (and therefore resalable to another customer) as when we sent them, we will be in touch.
