Ayce solutions can provide a complete start up package for smart repair and wheel vans. we can provide the van with a bespoke design to suit anybodies needs backed by over 20 years experience kitting out vans. this includes-

Every van kit out comes with standard inclusions which consists of the following:

  • 5 x Double sockets (metal)
  • 2 circuit electric consumer unit
  • 2 x 25m power leads ( hook up)
  • Coshh safety Cabinet (900x900x460mm)
  • regulated water trap
  • First aid kit
  • Fire Extinguisher

All Van kit outs start around £2899 (dependant on van size) which comes with the following: van lining in washable grey polyprop,wizadeck floor and wheel boxes, 3 x vapour proof 2ft led lights, 5 x double sockets, 2 circuit consumer unit, 2 x power leads, 1 x coshh cabinet (900 x 900 x 460mm LxHxD), 1 x water trap, 1 x 90L belt driven compressor, 1 x fire extinguisher, 1 x first aid kit. select your additions below and we will be in touch with a personalised quote.

The above van kit out was a custom build with 2 partitions including a sliding door, a custom built spraybooth and prep station installed with a double extraction to the rear doors (as the customer requested). the customer supplied the tyre changer and UV oven from there existing wheel repair van.

The above van kit out was a basic smart repair van, everything suppied and installed by us, paint mixing cabinet, coshh cabinet, compressor, full paint system, trim, fibre and glass kits.
