On our 5 DAY ALLOY WHEEL REPAIR TRAINING COURSE you will be trained on all aspects of alloy wheel refurbishment, showing you how to prepare, repair, prime, paint and lacquer alloy wheels. Making our training course
ideal for both those who are new to the industry and those who already have a body shop and cosmetic car repair
background.
During the repair process you will be trained on how to repair scuffed, corroded and dull wheels back to their original
state.
5 DAY TRAINING SCHEDULE

  • Re-Texturing Polished Surfaces
  • Preparation of Wheel Face Area (Sanding, filling, scotching, cleaning & colour matching)
  • Priming Wheels & Flatting Primer (In preparation for paint application)
  • Paint Application (including drying procedures)
  • Setting Up Spray Guns & Lacquer Application 
  • Spot Repairs (Masking, fade-out, de-nibbing/polishing)
  • Maintenance of Equipment (Oil, belts, filters, spray guns etc)
